The 1840-5092 blue shielded badge holder utilizes a special layer of material to prevent unauthorized access to your card's data. Known as ''skimming,'' the illegal capturing of a victim's personal information requires shielded smart card holders that protect sensitive data.

This Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) approved card holder will hold a standard CR80 ID badge and features an open face for clear visibility. Made of ABS material, which is a rigid, durable plastic that promotes card longevity. The 1840-5092 badge holder is versatile to your organization's application needs and is designed to accommodate vertical or horizontal cards.

You choose how to attach your ID card in this convertible shielded badge holder; use either chain or slot holes that work with a number of badge attachment options, including: beaded neck chains, lanyards, badge straps or badge reels.

Safely and securely holds cards up to 3.38'' x 2.13''.
